Joseph Dalton Hooker had a variety of different haircuts during his career. He became famous as an excellent botanist, explorer, pteridologist and bryologist. Nevertheless, the British botanist was particularly known for his remarkable appearances and his pleasant personality. Before his tragic death at the age of 94 he was repeatedly featured in tabloids because of his marvelous hair and looks.
